What more is there?
There are a surfeit of titles out right now centering on eating. I love to eat, and I love to read. A holy union, of sorts:

Despite the fact that this is an Oprah selection, I’ve heard its worthwhile from both random and friend alike.

Recounts a year spent eating home-grown, home-raised food and, if not that, then local.
Despite the Economist’s claims that “all the organic asparagus in the world will not save the planet” * it is important to be aware of the crap we’re sticking in our bodies.

On the other hand, the head librarian brought back these from San Francisco. I don’t care what’s in them, they’re beautiful, they’re festive, and they’re RFG!
